Genoeg vir 6 mense Bereiding: 10 min. Gaarmaaktyd: 45 min.

Hoender 8 hoenderporsies (boudjies en dye) sout en pas gemaalde swartpeper 15 ml (1 e) olie Sous 1 pakkie (45 g) bruinuiesoppoeier 125 ml (½ k) blatjang 100 g tamatiepasta 1 L kola

Hoender Geur die hoender met die sout en peper. Plaas ’n skottelskaar op ’n driepoot of rooster op die kole. Verhit die olie daarin en braai die hoender aan alle kante tot goudbruin. Sous Meng die sop, blatjang en tamatiepasta. Giet die kola bietjie vir bietjie by om te voorkom dat dit te veel skuim, en meng goed. Giet oor die hoender en laat sowat 35 minute stadig prut tot die hoender gaar is. Sit voor saam met vars brood. Huisgenoot
