SOUTTERT MET RUSSIESE WORSIES

bietjie olie

1 ui, gekap

2,5 ml (½ t) vars knoffel, gekap

2 selderystingels, fyngekap

30 ml (2 e) vars pietersielie, gekap

500 g (1 pakkie) Russiese worsies, in skyfies gesny

4 ekstragroot eiers

1 ml sout

knypie swartpeper

375 ml (1 ½ k) vars witbroodkrummels

375 ml (1 ½ k) volroommelk

250 ml (1 k) cheddarkaas, gerasper

Stel oond op 180 °C.

METODE 1 Verhit olie en soteer ui en knoffel tot sag.

2 Voeg seldery en pietersielie by en soteer nog 2 minute

3 Voeg Russiese worsies by en soteer nog 5 minute. Verwyder van hitte.

4 Klits eiers tot goed gemeng en voeg by uiemengsel.

5 Voeg oorblywende bestanddele ook by en roer tot gemeng.

6 Skep in oondbak met ‘n deursnee van 24 cm wat met kossproei gespuit is.

7 Bak vir 45 minute of tot in middel gestol.
