BEEF NACHOS 1 lb. hamburger 4 oz. taco sauce Nacho chips Velveeta cheese 4 tbsp. milk
Brown hamburger meat and drain; add 1/2 (8 oz.) jar mild taco sauce. (More or less to taste.) Simmer 10 minutes. Melt 1/2 pound Velveeta with small amount of milk in microwave dish. Layer individual servings of chips, meat, then melted cheese sauce.
