Stir- It- Up Chicken and Snow Peas

Ingredients
2 teaspoons peanut oil ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes 3 thin-cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces or strips ⅓ cup frozen snow peas ⅓ cup asparagus tips ⅓ cup thinly sliced carrot ¼ medium onion, cut into bite-size pieces or strips 2 tablespoon sliced almonds 2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce cooked brown rice
Directions
Directions Heat the oil and pepper flakes in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the remaining ingredients , except rice, and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often. Serve over the rice.
