Dit is so maklik ek gee dit sommer so uit my kop uit ....

1 x 500ml thickened cream 1 tsp caster sugar 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 x 250g pkt Arnott's Choc Ripple biscuits (OF ENIGE SJOKELADIE KOEKIES WAT JY IN SUPERMARK KOOP)

Klits die room, strooisuiker en vanilla essens tot styf. Vat dan jou koekies en skep daai room mengsel op en sandwich hulle teenmekaar, hou koekies regop. | | | | sien so en tussen elke koekie kom die room mengsel. Smeer alles en dan smeer die hele KOEK met die room en versier dit. Sit dit vir 'n hele paar uur in die yskas. Die koekies word soos gebakte koek in die yskas. Dit is vreeslik maklik en vreeslik lekker. Ek gebruik partymaal aarbeie of raspberries of rasper sommer peppermint crisp oor .... Versier bo op soos jy wil
