Heuningpatats

Genoeg vir: 4 Bereidingstyd: 5 minute Gaarmaaktyd: 35 minute Oondtemperatuur: 180 °C • 4–6 klein patats, geskrop en gehalveer • 30 ml heuning • ’n groot klont botter • 15 ml olyfolie • 5 takkies suurlemoentiemie, blaartjies gestroop Voorverhit die oond. Sit die patats met die gesnyde kant na bo in ’n oondbak en drup die heuning oor. Stip dit met botter, sprinkel die olie en suurlemoentiemie-blaartjies oor, en geur na smaak met sout en peper. Bedek dit met foelie en bak vir sowat 30 minute of tot sag (die grootte van die patat gaan die baktyd bepaal). Haal die foelie af, bedruip die patats met die pansous, en sit dit onder die roosterelement vir nog sowat 5 minute of tot die bokante begin karamelliseer. Sit gerus ’n ekstra lepel heuning by, indien nodig.
