115 gr botter (gesmelt) 1 koppie koekmeel 1 ½ koppie pekaneute (fygekap) (verdeel die in 2 dele) 250gr roomkaas (kamertemperatuur) 2 koppies room 1 koppie suiker 2 pakkies suurlemoengeur instant poeding (maak aan volgens aanwysings op pakkie en plaas in die yskas om solank te stol) (ek persoonlik dink hier kan jy enige geur gebruik na smaak)

Kors: Meng die botter, meel en ¾ koppie pekaneute – druk vas in gesmeerde tertpan en bak by 180C vir 10 tot 15 minute of tot ligbruin Laat HEELTEMAL AFKOEL.

Lae: 1) Meng die roomkaas, 1 koppie suiker en 1 koppie room tot gladde mengsel Smeer oor die afgekoelde tertkors 2) Smeer nou die instant poeding oor 3) Klits 1 koppie room tot styf en smeer bo-oor 4) Gooi die ander ¾ koppie pekaneute oor Plaas in yskas vir ongeveer 4 ure of oornag
