1 x 250 g pak sampioene, gesnipper 100 g botter 45 ml koekmeel 150 g fyngekerfde springbokbiltong 1 liter hoenderaftreksel 250 ml room Sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper na smaak

METODE: Braai die sampioene in die botter tot sag. Voeg die meel by en braai vir ’n paar sekondes. Voeg die aftreksel by en verhit tot kookpunt, terwyl aanhoudend geroer word. Prut oor lae hitte, terwyl vir 1-2 minute geroer word. Roer die biltong en room by. Skep in warm sopborde en sit voor met gebakte kaasstrooitjies. Lewer 6 porsies
