ENGLISH BREAKFAST EGGS 5-6 slices bread 5 eggs 1/2 c. cheddar cheese 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese 1 1/2 c. ham, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 c. milk
Butter both sides of bread and place in 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour soup on top of bread. Sprinkle both cheeses and ham on top. Beat eggs on high speed for 3 minutes. Add milk and beat until frothy. Pour on top of bread mixture. Cover with foil and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes. Cut into serving pieces.
