HOMEMADE BREAD OR ROLLS

10 c. water

1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. salt 1 lg. cake yeast 1 c. oil 27 c. flour

Makes 9 loaves and 2 pans of buns. Use large container to mix. Combine flour with sugar and salt. Dissolve yeast in the lukewarm water. Combine flour mixture with water and oil. Knead until dough is the right consistency to make into loaves. May take extra flour, grease pans with Crisco. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
