OLD FASHIONED BBQ CHICKEN 1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut into serving pieces 1/2 tsp. salt

SAUCE: 4 tbsp. butter 1 med. onion, chopped 2 chicken bouillon cubes in 1/2 c. water 1/3 c. white vinegar 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Dash of pepper 1 tsp. paprika

Lay chicken in baking dish in one layer. Salt. In saucepan add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Pour sauce over chicken and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally with the sauce. Makes 4 servings.
