Here's an easy recipe for leftover ham—which will come in handy after the holidays.
Cook 2 cups small shell pasta as box directs. Add 1/2 cup frozen peas the last minute; drain. Heat broiler. Whisk 2 cups milk into 1⁄4 cup flour in a large saucepan.
Stir over medium heat until simmering. Remove from heat; stir in 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan; add pasta, peas and 1 cup diced leftover smoked ham.
Spoon 1 cup into each of 5 ramekins; sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp Parmesan. Broil on baking pan until lightly browned.
