Pineapple Marinade

Ingredients
410 g Crushed Pineapple drained 10 ml Robertsons Garlic Flakes 30 ml Robertsons Barbecue Spice 45 ml Tomato Sauce 125 ml Brown Sugar 30 ml Soy Sauce 30 ml Olive Oil
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Place the meat into the marinade, ensuring that the mixture soaks in. Cover and refrigerate until needed. Remove from the marinade and braai over hot coals.
