30 ml gelatien 125ml koue water 150ml kookwater 2 eierwitte, teen kamertemperatuur 300ml strooisuiker 5ml vanieljegeursel Pienk koskleursel

Sprinkel die gelatien oor die koue water en laat staan tot gespons. Roer die kookwater by en los op. Klits die eierwitte en strooisuiker saam tot goed gemeng. Met die klitser aan, voeg die gelatienmengsel in ’n dun straaltjie by.

Voeg die vanieljegeursel ook by en klits tot die mengsel dik, blink en afgekoel is. (Dit duur 15-20 minute.) Kleur die mengsel pienk en giet in ’n groot pan of ’n plat plastiekhouer.

Verkoel oornag tot styf, sny in blokkies of druk vorms uit en rol in versiersuiker of klapper.

Lewer sowat 50 lekkers.
