Quick & Easy Scone Pizzas

•Make the Scone Dough From the *Savouries Of the Century* Recipe Book (savoury scones) •Cut dough into rounds to fit foil cases •Grease foil cases with a bit of butter & place a round in each •place a few chopped viennas with some mayonnaise (or sauce of your choice) Add slices of Cheese & throw over olives/pepper/origanum •bake @ 180•c till scones rise / till done
