250g gerookte snoek, vel en grate verwyder Sap van ½s uurlemoen Sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper na smaak 1 x 200g ongegeurde roomkaas 15ml tamatiesous 30ml mayonnaise 2 gerasperde agurkies 250ml room

Gekapte, vars pietersielie, omoor te sprinkel

Vlok die snoek fyn en verwerk dit baie vinnig saam met die suurlemoensap, sout, peper, roomkaas, tamatiesous, mayonnaise en gerasperde agurkies in ’n voedselverwerker, tot net goed gemeng (nie té fyn nie).

Klop die room styf en vou by die patee in. Skep in ’n geskikte bakkie, sprinkel pietersielie oor en sit dadelik voor of bedek en verkoel tot benodig.

Lewer 10 porsies.
