2kg varkkortribbetjies ("spare ribs") in porsies gesaag sout en varsgemaalde swartpeper na smaak

MARINADE: 2 uie, gekap 3 knoffelhuisies, fyngedruk 500ml rooibostee 250ml kookolie 250ml tamatiesous 250ml blatjang 75ml Worcestersous 125ml wynasyn of asyn 10ml aangemaakte mosterd

Meng die marinadebestanddele in 'n kastrol. Verhit tot kookpunt en prut 'n paar minute lank. Laat afkoel. Giet die koue marinade oor die ribbetjies en marineer oornag in die yskas. Verwyder die ribbetjie uit die marinade en druk droog met kombuispapier. Rooster ribbetjie 20-25 minute lank oor matige kole. Geur met sout en peper.
