Benodig:

1 Groen pepper 1 Geel pepper 1 Rooi pepper 1 Komkommer 1 Blaarslaai kop 1 Pakkie croutons 4 Tamaties 1 Pynappel 250ml Gerasperde cheddar kaas 1 Groot pak hoender borsies 1 Bottel Ina Paarman se Honey & Mustard slaai sous

Metode:

1. Sny al die groente in lekker chunky stukke en plaas in slaaibak. 2. Sny die hoender ook in lekker groot stukke, braai in bietjie olie saam hoender speserye teen lae hitte tot gaar, Maak seker dit braai nie droog nie. 3. Laat afkoel en meng in met jou hande in die slaai. 4. Strooi die gerasperde kaas bo-oor en laat afkoel in yskas. 5. Bedien saam slaaisous en sout na smaak.
