SJOKOLADEROOM YSKASTERT

Tennisbeskuitjies sterk koffie, aangemaak 250 g gewone sjokolade (baksjokolade werkgoed) 200 g botter 200 g strooisuiker 5 klein eiers

Gooi die koffie in 'n plastiekbak en doop die beskuitjies vinnig aan weerskante daarin. Pak 'n laag onderin 'n gesmeerde vierkantige tertbak. Smelt die sjokolade. Klits die botter saam met die strooisuiker tot lig en romerig. Klits die gesmelte sjokolade by. Klits die eiers een-vir-een by en klits goed na elke byvoeging. Skep nou 'n 'n lagie van die mengsel op die beskuitjies. Doop nog beskuitjies in die koffie en pak nog 'n laag bo-op. Herhaal die lae tot alles op is en eindig met 'n laag van die sjokoladeroom. Sprinkel gerasperde sjokolade bo-oor. Verkoel die tert vir ten minste 24 uur voor opdiening.
