1. ‘Deep Fry’ die hoender stukke tot crispy. 2. uit olie uit, dip direk in die durky sous 3. in vlak olie, braai die hoender stukke (wat in die durky sous was) vir so paar minute.

**opsioneel (ek doen dit soos c.) – a. dip weer in die sous en bedien b. bedien en sit nog van die sous oor c. dip weer in die sous en bedien met nog extra sous bo-oor.
