1 kg beesbrisket 1,5 kg aartappels 500g wortels 2 uie gekap 1 pakkie bruinuiesoppoeier 100ml worcestersous 1 kop bevrore ertjies 250gr sampioene (net so heel) Pak vleis onder in slowcooker.Gooi droë uiesoppoeier oor en daarna die worcestersous.Pak aartappels en wortels bo-op die vleis.Sit slowcooker op laag en kook vir 8 ure. Merk – geen water nie. Die 100 ml wostersous en vog van die vleis is genoeg. Half uur na uur voor ete, stel na hoog, gooi koppie bevrore ertjies en sampioene by en indien nodig verdik met bisto – Kook deur vir half uur of so Bedien met rys of stampmielies
