NO-CRUST MINI QUICHES

  • CUSTARD

  • 250ml cream

  • 3 eggs

  • pinch salt

  • pinch pepper

  • 10g italian parsley, chopped

VEGETARIAN OPTION

  • 1 cup white mature cheddar cheese, grated

  • 250g Melissa's Sundried Tomato, Feta and Bell Peppers, drained

  • 400g baby marrows, grated

OR

MEAT OPTION

  • 1 cup white mature cheddar cheese, grated

  • 500g bacon, chopped and fried until crispy (Drain on kitchen towel)

  • 300g Melissa's Golden Onion Marmalade

METHOD

  1. Mix custard ingredients together.

  2. Mix Vegetarian or Meat ingredients together and spoon into muffin tin, makes 8.

  3. Top with custard.

  4. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until set.

  6. Set aside to cool, before removing from tin.
