Layering Process: a single layer of potato slices. Add some onion Sprinkle Garlic Butter mix over. using a big curry spoon , pour 1/4 of the cream and soup mix evenly over the layer, then sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, a little thyme, and salt (easy on the salt as the soup is already salty).
Repeat the layering until the ingredients are used up – you will probably make at least 3 or 4 layers depending on your dish size. Cover the dish with aluminium foil and place in the pre-heated oven for about 1 hour, or until the potatoes are soft Remove aluminium foil spread grated cheese over top , return to oven ( under grill mode ) remove once cheese has melted.
