2k meelblom 1 eier 1/4t sout 2t bakpoeier 2e botter

Metode; Sif meel,sout en bakpoeier saam. Vryf botter in met punte van jou vingers.Meng met jou mes tot n stywe deeg met die geklopte eier ,en n bietjie water as te styf is.Rol jou deeg reghoekig uit. Smeer n lekker lagie appelkooskonfyt oor die deeg en rol dit mooi op.Sny wielietjies en pak dit met die gesnyde kante no bo in n bak. Gooi jou stroop oor en bak in n matige oond tot mooi bruin..so +-45min..180*C..Kyk maar net..

Stroop:

2k water.. 1+1/2k suiker Bring tot kookpunt en gooi oor tert voor jy dit in die oond plaas!!!..Het ons nie almal met dit groot geword nie!
