2 x blikkies slakke - Goldcrest 200 g gespoel 1 x groot ui - fyn gesny 2 tl hoogvol fyn knoffel 1 x pakkie Royco swartpeper sous 1 x 250 ml vars room

hompe kaas gerasper (ons rasper tot ons dink dis genoeg, seker so 300 g) vars gemaalde swart peper

Braai ui in botter tot sag en deurskynend, voeg knoffel by en braai bietjie. Voeg slakke by en braai vir so 3 minute. Maak swart peper sous aan volgens aanwysings op pakkie en gooi by slakke, voeg room by en bring tot kookpunt. Roer kaas by. Prut op baie lae hitte vir 15 - 20 minute. Maal vars swart peper oor en roer. As jy sout wil by gooi kan jy, maar ons gooi nie sout by nie.

Bedien met bruin brood of gesondheidsbrood in vingers gesny.
