Sit voor met braaivleis en slaai. Genoeg vir 4-6 mense Bereiding: 15 minute Gaarmaaktyd: 1 uur 15 ml (1 e) botter, gesmelt 4 ekstra groot eiers 30 ml (2 e) suiker 60 ml (¼ k) bruismeel knippie sout 1 liter (4 k) melk 2 blikke (415 g elk) soetmielies Voorverhit die oond tot 200 °C. Smeer ’n middelslag-oondbak of ses ramekins met gesmelte botter en hou dit eenkant. Klits die eiers in ’n groot mengbak en gooi die suiker daarby. Klits dit vir ’n paar minute. Roer die meel en sout by die eiers en klits vir nog ’n paar minute. Voeg dan die melk by. Roer goed en voeg laastens die soetmielies by. Gooi in ’n voorbereide bak sodra alles goed gemeng is. Bak sowat 1 uur of tot gaar en goed uitgerys.
