Half koppie tamatiesous Half koppie water Kwart koppie Kookolie Kwart koppie asyn Een koppie gekapte uie 1 teelepel sout 1 teelepel droe mostertpoeier 1 eetlepel Worcestersous Kwart koppie blatjang of appelkooskonfyt 2 eetlepels suiker

Meng alles goed saam tot sous en hou solank eenkant

Neem hoenderporsies of tjops en rol in gesout en ge(wit)peperde meel (na smaak met sout en peper) Pak in oondpan Gooi nou sous oor (ek gebruik my kasserol met deksel) Plaas delsel op (of bedek goed met foelie – blink kant na onder) Bak teen 160 grade Celsius in oond vir 2 tot 3 ure

Bedien met stampmielies of rys !!!!
