Peppermint Crisp Tart

The quickest, easiest and yummiest recipe!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED 1 packet of Boudoir biscuits 1 x 2L tub of vanilla ice cream 1 big slab of peppermint crisp chocolate 1 tin of Nestle caramel treat dessert filling/topping
METHOD 1) Take any container - glass/Tupperware, anything! 2) Make a layer of Boudoir biscuits on the bottom and spread each biscuit with a generous portion of caramel 3) Now layer vanilla ice cream on top of the biscuits and caramel 4) Crumble peppermint crisp chocolate over the ice cream 5) Make another layer of Boudoir biscuits smothered with caramel, and once again top with ice cream - be generous with the ice cream! 6) Finish it off by crumbling the remainder of the peppermint crisp chocolate over the top 7) Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours .....And you're DONE!!!
This is a scrumptious favourite amongst my family and friends, and what we enjoy most is that it's not too rich/sickly sweet - it's just right .
