Bacon Avo Feta Spud

Ingredients:
6 baked potatoes in the skin
6 dollops of butter
250g cooked, crumbled bacon
2 onions, sliced and fried in the bacon fat.
2 ripe avocados sliced
3 wheels of feta cheese
seasoning to taste - just remember the feta is already salty
Method:
Cut a cross in each baked potato.
Push the potato flesh up from the sides.
Top with the fried onion.
Top with bacon bits, dividing the bacon between the 6 potatoes.
Top with the avocado slices.
Top with crumbled feta - 1/2 wheel per potato.
Season to taste.
