CHARDONNAY SHRIMP

1/2 c. butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 c. Chardonnay 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dried leaf thyme 1/2 tsp. dried leaf oregano 1/4 tsp. crushed hot red pepper flakes 1 1/2 lbs. medium-size shrimp (unpeeled), rinsed & drained 2 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; saute 1 minute. Stir in Chardonnay, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings; bring to a boil. Add shrimp; simmer 4 to 5 minutes until firm and pink, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with cooking juices. Serves 4.
