Oond : 180 gr C. Smeer en voer 2 ronde koekpanne met bakpapaier. Verhit 1 k water en 5 E kakaopoeier. Koel effe af. Sif 2 k Bruismeel, halwe t sout, voeg dan 2 k suiker by, in mengbak. Roer kakaomengsel by. Klits saam in groot beker of bak: 125 ml karringmelk 1 t koeksoda. half t kaneel en 1 t vanilla en 2 eiers. Roer by vorige mengsel tot glad. Skep in 2 koekpanne en bak vir ‘n half uur tot gaar. Keer uit op afkoelrak.

Sjokolade versiersel: Verhit 2 k versiersuiker, halwe k kakaopoeier en 75 gr botter knippie sout en 4 E karringmelk. [Moenie kook] Gooi helfte van versiersel bo-oor, sit lae opmekaar en gooi res van versiersel bo-oor
