PARIS BREAKFAST 2 tbsp. unsalted butter 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1 tbsp. Grand Marnier or Kirsch Juice of 1 lemon 1//2 tsp. nutmeg 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. flour Confectioners sugar Maple syrup

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place 10 inch glass pie pan in the oven until hot. Add butter in the plate and melt. Brush sides and bottom well. Keep plate in oven until ready to use. Place eggs, milk, lemon, Grand Marnier, nutmeg and sugar in a blender on low speed until combined. Add flour and blend on high until light and frothy. Scrape down sides and blend a few seconds longer. Pour the mixture into the hot plate and bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar and drizzle with syrup. Great served with fresh strawberries or for special brunch serve with strawberries and champagne.
