BAKED RABBIT 1 rabbit, cleaned and cut up 1/2 c. oil Salt and pepper to taste 2 cans cream of chicken soup
Roll rabbit in flour with salt and pepper on waxed paper. Put oil in skillet and fry rabbit until brown on both sides.
Remove rabbit from oil and put into 2 quart casserole.
Mix soup and 1 1/2 cans of water. Pour over rabbit. Bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hours or until tender.
