POPPED CORN PUDDING 3 c. scalded milk 2 1/2 c. popped corn, finely crushed 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. butter 3/4 tsp. salt 2/3 c. finely chopped butternuts or pecans
Add scalded milk to prepared popped corn, let stand 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients. Turn into buttered baking pan; bake until firm. Serve hot with maple syrup or sweetened cream. Very old, delicious recipe.
