BRAZIL NUT BREAD 3 c. whole wheat flour 1 1/2 c. all purpose flour 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 c. sliced Brazil nuts 5 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. salt 3 c. sour milk or buttermilk
Mix dry ingredients together. Add nuts and mix well. Add milk and stir. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake about 1 hour in preheated 325 degree oven. Yields 2 loaves.
