Layered Salad

Ingredients:
For the salad:
tomato - cubed
canned corn - drained
green beans - thinly sliced
For the vinaigrette:
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
black pepper
Add all the vinaigrette ingredients to a shaker.
Shake until well combined.
Layer the salad in stemmed glasses, starting with the tomato, then corn and lastly beans.
Shake the vinaigrette again.
Drizzle vinaigrette over every layered salad.
Serve ice cold.
