BEER-GLAZED RIBEYE STEAKS

BEER-GLAZED RIBEYE STEAKS 1/2 cup beer or beef broth 1/4 cup bottled BBQ sauce 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 3 boneless ribeye steaks, 1"-thick 2 tsp. McCormick smokehouse maple seasonings chopped fresh parsley, for garnish Preheat grill for direct heat cooking.

In pot, mix beer or broth with BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce over medium-high heat. Bring to boil. Cook, stirring occasionally until thickened, 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat, cool.

Rub all sides of steaks with seasoning. Place steaks on grill. Grill, turning once, 4 minutes per side, brushing with half the sauce. Transfer to platter, sauce side down. Brush with remaining sauce, sprinkle with parsley.
