GERMAN CHOCLATE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 1 1/2 c. coconut 1 c. pecans 1 box german choc. cake mix 1 stick butter 1 (8 oz.) phil. cream cheese 1 lb. box powdered sugar
Sprinkle coconut and pecans in 9 x 13 greased pan. Mix cake by package direction and pour over nuts and coconuts. Have cheese and butter at room temperture. Beat with powder sugar until smooth. Spread carefully over batter in pan. Bake for about 45 to 50 minutes 350 degrees. Cool for 10 minutes. Turn unside down on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
