SPICED RICE 1 c. rice (not instant) 2 cups water 2 beef bouillon cubes 4 tablespoons Mongolian fire oil (follow rice directions.)
In a medium saucepan, put water, rice, and add add 2 bouillon cube and Mongolian fire oil.
Bring to a boil, (10 Minutes).
Cover and reduce heat (20 Minutes).
