LOW-CAL SOFT SERVE VANILLA ICE CREAM 1/2 gal. skim milk 1 lg. vanilla instant pudding mix (with Nutra Sweet) 2 c. sugar (or appropriate amount of artificial sweetener) 1 lg. Cool Whip (lite) 2 tbsp. vanilla flavoring

Combine first 2 ingredients, mixing well with electric mixer. Add sugar, blend well. Add Cool Whip and flavoring. Mix well. Pour mixture into one gallon freezer. (For richer ice cream, use regular milk, regular pudding and regular Cool Whip.)
