IRISH COFFEE 1 cup hot freshly brewed strong black coffee 2 oz. Irish whiskey 1 heaping tablespoon whipped cream honey or sugar, to taste
Heat a large goblet until warm. With a large spoon against the glass of the goblet, add hot coffee. Add whiskey, then sweeten to taste. Top with whipped cream and serve.
