BACON STUFFED EGGS

BACON STUFFED EGGS 6 cold hard-boiled eggs 1 tsp. bacon drippings Salt & pepper to taste 3 strips bacon, fried & crumbled 1 tsp. prepared mustard Mayonnaise

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks. Place yolks in small bowl, mash. Add crumbled bacon and other ingredients and enough mayonnaise to make a thick paste. Refill halves with mixture. Sprinkle tops with dry garlic bread crumbs or paprika.
