STEAK AND EGGS 6-8 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. fresh parsley 4 tender 1/2 inch steaks
french fries
Preheat and oil two skillets; one for the steaks, one for the eggs. Combine eggs, milk and chopped parsley. Pour eggs into one skillet and stir until they reach desired consistency. Sear steak strips on both sides. Serve garnished with fresh parsley on a bed of french fries. Serves 4.
