Creamy garlic peri prawn pasta recipe

INGREDIENTS :
Approx. 600g Prawns Peri Peri sauce ( to your preferred heat level) Fresh garlic (1tsp) Garlic masala (2tsp) Flour ( 2 tbs) Butter (2tbs) Milk (1.5 cups) Dry herbs and spices (parsely, cayenne pepper, mixed herbs, oreganum) Salt and pepper to taste.
METHOD:
1. To prawns, season with salt and pepper. Add peri peri sauce. Leave aside.
2. Boil pasta of choice in salt water with a drop of oil.
3. In a mug, mix flour and 1 cup milk until lump free and add dry herbs and spices.
4.. For the sauce, heat butter, garlic and garlic masala in a saucepan. Approx. 2 minutes.
5. Add remaining milk to pan and heat through.
6. Add flour mixture and continue to stir to prevent lumps. Approx. 5 minutes
7. When sauce is thickened. Add prawns and cook for 5 minutes.
(If sauce gets to thick add pasta water to get to the desired consistency)
8. Add cheese of choice and enjoy:)
