Mutton curry

1 kg mutton (b1) Cut in bite size pieces 1 onion sliced 2-3 tomatoes grated 12/2 tsp ginger garlic paste Salt to taste 1 tsp tumeric pd 2 tbspn mixed masal 1 tsp kashmiri chili pd 1/2 cup peas 4 potatoes halved 1 tsp garam masala 2 each cinamon sticl, clove , star anise, elatchi n bayleaves
Fry onion n spices in oil with curryleaves n 2 sprigs tyme Add masalas , tumeric n ginger garlic paste to pot. Stir through. Add meat to pot stir well to coat in masala. Fry in masala for 5 mins. Add tomato to pot season to taste. Cool for 25 mins till meat is half done . Add potatoes n a little water as needed . Cook further adding peas .. When meat is tender n potatoes are soft n oil comes up curry os cooked through. Remove from heat stir garam masala through. Garnish with dhania.
