Open-face Shrimp and Egg Sandwiches

Ingredients
2 slices seed bread toasted and buttered
iceberg lettuce
2 boiled eggs, cleaned and sliced
1 tin shrimp, drained
fresh herbs of your choice. I like dill
salt and black pepper to taste
Method:
Top the toasted, buttered bread with iceberg lettuce.
Top the lettuce with the sliced egg.
Top the egg with the drained shrimp.
Season to taste.
Garnish with fresh herbs.
