Recipe for samp my way

1 cup dry samp rinsed well with cold water 1/2 cup each sugarbean n broad beans 1/2 onion sliced 2 slit green chillies 3 sprigs tyme Salt to taste 1 tsp kashmiri chili powder

In pressure cooker place samp ..tyme n green chillies Add 3 cups water. Pressure cook for 45 mins. Open cooker add other 2 beans with salt to taste . Pressure cook again for 45 mins till tender n soft to touch. When soft n cooked thru release pressure. Heat oil in separate pot. Add onions 1 each elatchi clove cinamon stick n bayleaf. Add 1/2 tsp hing n braise onion. Add 1 /2 tsp tumeric n 1 sliced tomato. Add chili powder n cook till tomatoes are done add curryleaves

Add this to samp n stir through. Cook for 10-15 mins to meld flavours together.
