Shrimp and Dill Cream Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients:
12 slices multi-grain bread, crusts removed
plain cream cheese
50 gr. fresh chopped dill
2 tins shrimp, drained or fresh / frozen shrimp cooked
salt and black pepper to taste
a dash of tobasco
Instructions:
Mix the cream cheese, shrimp, half of the chopped dill, tobasco, salt and pepper lightly.
Divide the mixture between 6 slices of bread and spread to cover the whole slice.
Top with the remaining 6 slices of bread.
Cut in triangles.
Pack out on a serving platter en top with the remaining dill.
