Spaghetti with Meatballs

Ingredients for Meatballs
750 grams of mince meat 1 onion finely chopped 1 egg 3 slices of white bread soaked in a little water and then squeeze water from bread . 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of pepper 1 teaspoon of paprika 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh garlic Half a cup of freshly chopped Italian parsley . Oil for shallow frying .
Method
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and make small balls and shallow fry till brown . Set aside .
Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
1 onion finely chopped 1 can of tomato purée 1 tin of tomato paste Salt and pepper A little oil 2 garlic cloves chopped finely Some chopped parsley 2 tablespoons of sugar
Method
Fry onion for a few minutes , add garlic , stir-fry add a little water and cook the onions and garlic . Add the rest of the ingredients and cook / stir fry for a few minutes , add a cup of water and simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes . Add the meatballs , give one stir and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat . Serve with cooked spaghetti and grated cheese of your choice .
