STUFFED CHERRY TOMATOES 24 cherry tomatoes, firm 6 oz. cream cheese, room temperature 1/2 tsp. basil Dash of salt
Use a sharp knife and core clean cherry tomatoes. Whip cheese, basil and salt together and with a pastry bag, pipe cheese mixture into tomatoes. Garnish with a tiny sprig of parsley. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
